As you already know,The Rekalibrator has its own set of rules/laws.This page is to highlight them so Facilitators don’t create problems for themselves and/or others.
- The Rules: Nobody is forced to walk The Rekalibrator and nobody is refused from walking it, It has to be free for the walkers.This extends beyond the financial aspect and means that as a Facilitator we have to stay neutral & keep our opinions to ourselves; we want the walkers to engage with The Rekalibrator,not with us.
- Policing: The Rekalibrator will police itself. If you break these rules unintentionally, In the words of JFK “an error only becomes a mistake if you fail to correct it” If you break the rules intentionally you will create problems for yourself and others. One of consequences is that you will block the flow and it will be noticeable. If you don’t know how to correct any given mistake, reach out and we wil find a suitable solution together.
- Finance: As a Facilitator, this in not about making a profit or a loss,but about being as true as possible to The Rekalibrator. I made the error of not letting a walker donate after they completed it once; I fixed that error by leaving a humble donation bucket at the exit. This donation is an option, not a request. These donations i split with the hosts if its located at a charity event. If there is excess donation money from an event after the Facilitator has covered their expenses, then that excess should be put into a pool/saving fund to cover the Facilitators future expenses during the events they don’t recieve enough donations to cover they expenses. This way we keep everything in balance financially.
- Rewards: While facilitating The Rekalibrator ive been rewarded with things that money just can’t buy and i expect you will be also.Aswell as the joy you feel from working with nature to create a better world for all.
